The HIPE OWS Long John 3/2mm follows the same performance mindset as the rest of the HIPE OWS line, but in a sleeveless design.

It was created for riders and athletes who rely heavily on shoulder movement. By removing the sleeves, you gain complete freedom in your upper body while keeping your core warm and protected.

Originally inspired by open water development, this Long John feels light and flexible in the water without sacrificing support where it matters.

Smoothskin outer layer

The outside of the suit is finished with smoothskin neoprene instead of a traditional textile lining. This smooth surface reduces drag and does not absorb water.

That means the suit feels lighter in the water and stays more responsive during movement. At the same time, it keeps a clean and athletic fit without feeling bulky.

3/2mm: warmth where you need it, freedom where it matters

With 3mm neoprene around the torso and 2mm in the legs, this Long John is ideal for warmer conditions and higher intensity sessions.

Your core stays warm, while the sleeveless design allows better ventilation and natural temperature regulation.

Made for movement

The Long John construction works especially well in sports that require constant arm movement and upper body rotation, such as SUP, windsurfing, kitesurfing and wingfoiling.

If shoulder freedom is a priority, this design simply makes sense.

Fit and care

The HIPE OWS Long John is designed to fit snug for proper insulation. Smoothskin neoprene is flexible, but slightly more delicate than neoprene with a textile outer layer.

Take your time when putting it on, avoid pulling with fingernails and adjust it gradually to keep the material in good condition.
