What should you pay attention to when buying a SUP Board?

When you want to buy a SUP Board, you first have to think what you want to use it for. Do you want to paddle sports, do yoga on the water or just have some fun with the kids?

A Stardupp Allround Board (from 10'0 inch length / 300cm) offers you guaranteed fun and top quality and is the most sold board.

If you want to use the board for longer trips and you want to have some more speed, you should choose a smaller board with a sharp tip for extra speed.

Do you like to do yoga on the water? Then choose an extra wide board for extra stability.

Which SUP board is suitable for beginners and advanced surfers?

Are you still a SUP Board beginner? Then an Allround sup board is the ideal sup board, because these are wider and thicker and therefore more stable. An allround inflatable sup is suitable for calm and also rough water. Perfect for short trips on the water, but with such an inflated sup you can also go to sea!

Are you an advanced SUP Boarder and do you want to use the Paddle Board for longer trips and do you want more speed, choose a somewhat narrower sup board with a sharp point for extra speed. With such a board you also go straight more easily.

Which SUP Board is suitable for children?

Allround SUP Boards are most suitable for children. A sup board for children is not much different than a sup board for adults. However, it is recommended that children choose a slightly shorter and wider board, because these sup boards are more stable in the water.

What size Stand Up Paddle Board do I need?

If you want to buy a SUP, the most important criterion is the weight the board can carry! Do you weigh 80 kilos or more? Then don't choose a short and narrow board because it is unstable and the buoyancy on the water is much less. The more volume a board has, the more stable it is and the more weight it can take.

How quickly will the Stand Up Paddle Board be delivered?

If the Stand Up Paddle Board is in stock (which is actually always the case), your package will be shipped with DPD on the same day if ordered before 15:00!

How to determine the right length of SUP paddle?

Stardupp comes standard with an adjustable SUP paddle. The paddle is extendable from 160-220cm. The correct length of the paddle is about 20 cm longer than your body length.

What is the warranty on Stardupp SUP Boards?

Stardupp SUP Board has a 3-year warranty, because we are convinced of the quality. With many other brands, the warranty is only 1 year!

How can you transport a SUP board?

Stardupp SUP boards have a weight of 7-9 kilos. This light weight is partly due to the innovative Stardupp USL technology, which makes the paddle boards about 2 kilos lighter than other brands' boards!

If the car is far away from where you want to paddle board, then a sup trolley is a good idea. This trolley can be used on any terrain because of its large wheels. In addition, the trolley is foldable, so it can easily be taken along in the car. The trolley is easy to use. Put the trolley on the stand, put the SUP on it, fasten the straps and you are ready to go.

How to place an order?

For the product of your choice, indicate the quantity and click on the button ADD TO SHOPPING CART. Then click on Proceed to checkout to pay. You will now reach the payment page, where you can indicate whether you want to pay as a guest or as a registered visitor with an account (you do not have to fill in everything again).

Then you go through the checkout process step by step. Finally, check your data and confirm the payment.

What if the desired product is not in stock?

If you want to order something that is not or no longer in stock on our website, we advise you to contact the customer service department via [email protected]. We can then indicate when the product will be available again.

Can I add something to the order afterwards?

This is in principle not possible, as there is a good chance that the order has already been delivered or prepared for shipment. Should it be necessary, it is best to send your request to customer service as soon as possible, via [email protected]. They will then assess whether it is still possible to change the order.

What to do if you accidentally order twice?

If you feel that you have accidentally placed a duplicate order, it is best to report it as soon as possible to customer service at [email protected]. They will then assess whether it is still possible to change the order.

What to do if the payment is not successful?

The ordering process (for example by PayPal) of the order was then probably not completed successfully. You have, however, received the regular order confirmation. Often the order was not completed correctly due to a malfunction of the IDEAL system at the bank. In that case, the malfunction is usually resolved quickly. The website of your bank often contains information about malfunctions. A bank malfunction is usually resolved fairly quickly.

How can I change or cancel the order?

Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice?

After completing your payment, confirmation follows on the shop's screen. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with the invoice, which has already been paid for unless you have chosen the payment method 'bank transfer'.

What is the delivery time and who delivers the package?

If you order before 15:00, your package will be shipped already the same day with DPD! Due to the Corona virus, your parcel may take longer than planned.

How do I know when my parcel will be delivered?

On the day of delivery, you can follow your parcel online in real time thanks to live tracking. You can even see on the map how many stops the driver still has to make and when you can expect the parcel.

It is possible that your Track & Trace code is not yet recognised. This could be because DPD has not yet processed the Track & Trace code.If you still do not have an active Track & Trace code within 3 days of dispatch and have still not received your order, please contact us by email [email protected]

What happens if no one is present at the time of delivery?

You are not at home to receive your order and delivery to your neighbours is not possible? Then we will do our best to deliver the parcel to you as quickly as possible.
DPD will deliver your parcel to the nearest Pickup Parcel Shop after the first delivery attempt. With the many DPD Pickup Parcel Shops there is always one near you. You can read where you can pick up your parcel on the not-at-home message that the driver leaves for you.

If your plans change and you are not at home, you can change the time or place of delivery. Then you can easily change the delivery time or location online with DPD. You also have the option of having your parcel delivered to a DPD Parcelshop.

Can you change the delivery date or address?

You have changed your plans and are not at home? With DPD you can decide when and where you want to receive your parcel. And if you are not at home, you can change the delivery date at any time. So you never have to miss your parcel! You can also have your parcel delivered to a DPD Parcelshop, there is always one near you.

How can I return an item?

Submit a return online

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can use this link to register your return with us quickly and easily. This can be done without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

  • We ask you to always note the return number on the package or enclose it in the box
  • You will receive a returns form within 24 hours (on working days) of registering your return via the website
  • Sups should be unpacked, in original condition and, if possible, not damaged
  • In case of damage, a depreciation fee may be charged
  • Always send the items in the original packaging, with the parts inside if possible
  • You can also use the European model cancellation form to tell us that you do not wish to buy. However, the use of this form is not obligatory.

What is the revocation period?

Within the 30-day period, you have the right to withdraw from the contract (without giving reasons). This period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (but not the carrier) has taken physical possession of the order.

What are the consequences of revocation?

If you withdraw from the contract, all payments made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any extra costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) will be refunded immediately and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you only return a part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no charges will be made for such refunds. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are in time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that are manufactured according to consumer instructions (custom-made products).
