The HIPE OWS Fullsuit 3/2mm represents a performance-focused approach within the Stardupp wetsuit range.

Originally designed for open water swimming, this wetsuit focuses on minimizing drag and maximizing freedom of movement. The goal was simple: create a suit that feels natural in the water and moves effortlessly with your body.

Smoothskin construction

Instead of a traditional textile outer lining, the HIPE OWS uses smoothskin neoprene on the exterior. This construction reduces surface resistance and prevents water absorption on the outside of the suit.

The result is a lighter feel in the water and a more responsive fit. The neoprene panels are selected to maintain flexibility throughout the shoulders and arms, while keeping the core insulated.

3/2mm allround configuration

With 3mm neoprene around the torso and 2mm in the arms and legs, the HIPE OWS Fullsuit is configured for versatile use across multiple seasons. The thicker core panels retain warmth, while the thinner extremity panels ensure unrestricted movement.

This balance makes it suitable for dynamic water sports where both warmth and flexibility are essential.

Beyond swimming

Although rooted in open water design, the HIPE OWS performs equally well in other high-mobility water sports such as SUP, wakeboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing and wingfoiling.

Fit & handling

The HIPE OWS is designed for a close, performance-oriented fit. Smoothskin neoprene offers excellent stretch, but should be handled with care during entry. Avoid excessive pulling and use gradual adjustments to position the suit correctly.
